A: We have enclosed units that measure 32' deep x 12' wide x 15' tall (note: the overhead door opening measures 10' wide). Covered bay stalls measure 40' deep x 12.5' wide x 15' tall. We are a non-climate controlled facility.
When will I receive a gate code? Type of lock needed?
A: Once you have completed creating an account, entered billing information and agreed to the terms, you will receive an email conformation with the unit you selected and gate code. It's that easy!
You provide your own lock. We recommend a round disc padlock.
How will I be billed?
A: We bill by either credit card or debit card. We pro-rate your first month from your move in date to the end of the month, then we bill monthly on the first day of each month for that month's rent. Your payment information is automatically setup for recurring billing. You can change this setting in your profile but it is your responsibility to login a pay before the 10th of each month or a late fee of $25 will be charge to your account.
Do I have to sign a contract?
A: We require our tenants to sign a basic rental agreement but our service is month to month.
Do you have a boat wash or rv dump station?
A: No, at this time there is no boat wash or rv dump station. Cormie's grocery does have a boat wash which is located 3 minutes north of us.
Is your facility insured?
A: We have general liability insurance. You are responsible for insuring your property and protecting your belongings against pests.
