Step-By-Step Directions

From the North (Coming from DeRidder, Leesville, or central Louisiana via US-171)

Head south on US-171 S toward Lake Charles.
Continue south through Moss Bluff and into Lake Charles.
Turn right (west) onto LA-14 W / McNeese Street.
Continue on LA-14 W for approximately 3 miles.
Turn left (south) onto Gerstner Memorial Drive (LA-385 S).
Drive south for approximately 2.5 miles.
Turn right (west) onto Big Lake Road.
Continue on Big Lake Road for approximately 1.2 miles.
Plantation Boat & RV Storage (6478B Big Lake Rd) will be on your right.

From the South (Coming from Grand Lake, Hackberry, or the Gulf Coast via LA-27)

Head north on LA-27 N toward Lake Charles.
Continue north through Vinton and Sulphur.
Merge onto I-210 E (Lake Charles Bypass).
Take Exit 4 toward Nelson Rd / Big Lake Rd.
Turn right (south) onto Big Lake Road.
Drive approximately 0.8 miles south.
Plantation Boat & RV Storage (6478B Big Lake Rd) will be on your left.

From the East (Coming from Baton Rouge, Lafayette, or New Orleans via I-10 W)

Head west on I-10 W toward Lake Charles.
Stay on I-10 W as you enter the Lake Charles metro area.
Take Exit 27 to merge onto I-210 W (South Lake Charles Loop).
Follow I-210 W for approximately 6 miles.
Take Exit 4 toward Nelson Rd / Big Lake Rd.
At the end of the ramp, turn left (south) onto Big Lake Road.
Drive approximately 0.8 miles south.
Plantation Boat & RV Storage (6478B Big Lake Rd) will be on your left.

From the West (Coming from Beaumont, Houston, or Southeast Texas via I-10 E)

Head east on I-10 E toward Lake Charles.
Cross the Texas/Louisiana state line and continue into Lake Charles.
Merge onto I-210 E (South Lake Charles Loop) — stay left.
Follow I-210 E for approximately 4 miles.
Take Exit 4 toward Nelson Rd / Big Lake Rd.
At the end of the ramp, turn right (south) onto Big Lake Road.
Drive approximately 0.8 miles south.
